The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 不过就像电影里说的那样，摆烂可能都不是最悲哀的，不停的尝试还没有效果，只能让观众更怀念他以前的经典角色。
除了凯奇扮演凯奇以及时不时调侃一下自己拍过的电影，电影就是个三流快餐网大。尼古拉斯凯奇这块情怀招牌还能消费多久？

可能是因为期望有些高了，倒是并没有觉得十分精彩。玩了很多凯奇梗和电影梗。有几个地方还是挺有意思的，比如两个人翻墙的时候是真的被当时渲染的气氛带入到情境中了。凯奇和帕斯科两个人的表演倒真的是锦上添花。
已经无下限自黑到这个程度，片子依然不卖座。真是凯奇本人之外另一个维度的悲哀。
自黑太無力，自我致敬也很淺薄，看得出編導并不愛凱奇。作爲喜劇，笑料還不如悲劇《斯圖神父》。

好松散，去掉尼古拉斯凯奇饰演尼古拉斯凯奇的部分后，是个非常无聊平庸的片来着……而加上这个噱头也没有多好看……虽然是看他电影长大的，但有时间还是去看他过去的电影吧
看到1/3时我以为从他下船后就是在拍电影，那种主角不知晓真实剧本的情况下，随性演绎。结果后面还加了一个帮CIA搞间谍活动，营救妻子女儿的剧情，我觉得有些“天马行空”。总体来说还是不错，让你能会心一笑，也理解一些东西。
尼克·他妈的·凯奇，是翻身作么？不是。我演我自己只是个噱头罢了，注定不会大火也不会获奖。他开心就好，我们看着也挺开心的。就行了，红毒蛇真他妈憨批。。。。
凯奇炫技之作，剧情、制作都很水的网剧既视感。
我脑补的情节：那一对Cia其实是雌雄大盗，他们绑架了议员女儿顺便嫁祸黑社会，凯奇被当作一颗预料之外的棋子；实际上的情节：一些不可言说的男男卖腐。
开头很棒，后半部分烂，三星，结尾有突然又很棒了，加一星

十分过誉，说到底只是一部有主角参与的影迷的迷影作品，戏里戏外都沾染了太多的凯奇光环，算是电影营销的又一次胜利吧。
