The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 童年最爱的动画片，电影很好看，把经典片段重现改编的很好
前面的重复的剧情到后面敬老的主题，很深刻的剖析这个普遍的社会问题
小标题式的结构，摄影善于捕捉宏观的社会进程以及聚焦部分微观的家庭生活和人物状态，金边的GDP和基建总体上还是跟国内五线的县级市差不多，甚至不如，消费水平和收入完全是两极化发展，更是一个电信诈骗大国，底层国民看世界的眼光仍然处于时代末流，偶尔有一两部电影可以有机会多了解一下这个地方的真实的城乡环境。
老板动画里的剧情再增添一些新的内容，稍有点糊弄的意思。主题很好，让孩子们懂得尊老爱老。片尾曲一下子勾起了童年还在电视机前看图图的瞬间。
关键还是图图刷子几个小孩儿唱出来的
这虽然是一部动画片，但却真实地反映了一个不得不关注的社会问题——很多老人因为子女工作繁忙被放到敬老院。

影片从老人和孩子两个社会的弱势群体的视角，通过孩子给老人准备惊喜表演节目，倡导社会关爱孤独寂寞的老龄人口。中间还穿插着保护环境，废物利用的立意，适合小朋友观看。影片结尾时串烧了小邋遢，黑猫警长等动画片的主题曲，唤醒了我们这一代童年的记忆。那个每天放学后回家守着电视看动画片的日子一去不复返了啊！
