The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 复古气质挺到位的，剧情太闹着玩儿了。就像剧中主角们想拍有电影质感的A片一样，导演拍了一部稍有质感的B级片吧。

拍一部有剧情的恐怖片就像拍一部有剧情的X片。
许久不见的坦荡剥削片，穿梭于无数70年代references之间（最主要的是霍珀在这段时期拍摄的《德州电锯杀人狂》与《活活生吞》），致力于在可预知的情节框架中制造出人意料的惊奇时刻，剧本、剪辑的节奏也都还是原汁原味的缇·威斯特。旗帜鲜明地反对A24 elevated horror那套arthouse cliché，透着一股点到为止的幽默、悲情和自恋。
R级电影该有的元素都有了，一小时后盛宴开始，虽然没有到那种让人大气都不敢出的地步，但是有些地方莫名地creep，最后的碾轧爆头有点爽，哈哈哈哈。Mia Goth很适合这种cult片风格。

从各个层面都平平无奇的一部片，既不horny也不scared，视听也乏味可陈，哦，致敬了德州电锯，so what？
老头最终还是心脏病发了，女主居然就这么跑了。。。
影片看完居然觉得有些悲凉，那个不甘失去青春年华美好肉体的变态枯槁老妇，和那些趁着青春肆意挥霍的几个年轻人。剧本设定有些程式化，不过也算得上是一部合格的B级血浆片，多一星给Mia冷冷的颜。
女主还蛮好看（可爱）哒；为什么迫害黑白牛牛！！比起血浆，衰老才是最恐怖的。

1979年那是一个春天，能操的动的年纪就尽情操吧，想到我们有一天都会操不动，有一种莫名的悲凉。人老了真是可怜，所有器官都在衰竭，熬过了床上老婆这关，结果还是被吓得心脏病发。
