The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 運動員本身的故事就很感人，電影本身說實話一般，情緒一開始就塞的太慢，少了鋪陳起伏。
起跑比别人慢 但努力向前追上 希望根据真实故事改编 改编的成分大一点

在电影情节设计上采取先抑后扬。讲述不顺遂的童年，遭受各种眼光和生活的困顿。在机缘巧合下找到了跑步是人生逆袭之光。
吴君如丝毫没有年轻时拍无厘头搞笑喜剧的代入感，把一位母亲该有的都演出来了，是一位优秀的演员。
现在我到了为你而跑
很套路，很煽情，但是不忍心给这样的电影打低分。相比于励志的故事，其背后所映射出的社会问题才值得我们深思，希望「同工同酬」永远都不要是一句口号。

很感人的，虽然有点过于放大一些东西，但是我看的是这种坚持的精神和母爱的伟大啊~//“世界上哪有什么同工同酬啊”真是扎心了！
整体的情节还是太过制式，那个长得贼眉鼠眼的运动员经纪人也没有成为反派大boss，没有反派的电影其实有点难拍，这一部只能说勉强完成任务。
他的故事很励志，很热血，但电影还是拍得很一般。
五星好评十分感动。大的视角有些运动员以及残障人士的无奈，小世界里有母爱的担当。
各个角色的演出出色，台词和剧本都写得很好。但是摄影手法和CG还以为在看《你好李焕英》，即便取景地和staff大多是本土出品，不过看不出港片特色。或许是为了进军大陆市场才作此选择。如果采用更朴素的摄影或许会是近年港片最佳
