The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 既然有《傲慢与偏见》，gay版《小妇人》还会远吗？
有人只想追寻自由，有人却要寻求真爱，虽然最后两位男主都找寻到了多金帅气的真爱，有那么些许不真实。
比起剧集《北海鲸梦》，这部就差了好多呢，不管是剧情还是画面都逊色很多。但它展示了一种不安分的坚持。
“小鸡电影”的新子集“亚基电影”？虽然故事有点太老套，但超强的喜剧人演员班底加上戛纳提名导演的功力让人可以暂时忽略那些缺点，开开心心地看一部还是挺搞笑的浪漫电影。
剧情什么的不重要，但是看一群帅哥调情真的很解渴。
