The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 虽然依旧关注女性议题，但并不是照搬初代的模式，比上一部女性版捉鬼敢死队还是有进步的。而像《怪奇物语》这种小镇奇案的模式其实不太好拍成电影，篇幅不够就需要有更强的叙事能力支撑，更不要说《怪奇物语》原型就是来自早期那批儿童科幻片。也是挺讽刺的。
情怀续作了。当年电影IP改编了许多游戏制作，就是今天switch上大热的路易洋馆，也未必不是衍生品。秉承了系列怪诞大条的做派，就是一种老美的自大，恰当的题材下就显为非凡勇气：这孩子怎么就不怕鬼。
30多年后的正统续作，这次是原作导演的儿子集合原班人马，续写情怀。但其实既不吓人，也不够搞笑。末尾曲是Haunted House是Mckenna妹子唱的！
节奏有些慢，但小麦肯纳和保罗叔仍然夺走大部分目光。虽然剧情很普通平凡。但是所有的重启及续集电影都该学习学习这部是怎么卖情怀的。连我这个不是捉鬼粉的人看到最后都有被戳到。
纽约都变成新南非或者新底特律了，续集也就只能搬到还有点原来美国样子的中西部小镇去拍。即便如此，政治正确的魔爪还是无处不在，它才是应该被抓的那个最大鬼。

要不说一镜到底，压根就没看出来，就光电影本身而言，结尾是个什么鬼
经典重新演绎，少年们唱主角，鬼魂的处理对小孩子观众也很友好，特别是棉花糖鬼魂，憨态可掬，非常喜欢结尾的最后一个彩蛋，算是对老版的呼应

第二幕全程摆烂，这个反派我是真的没看懂；其实粉丝向很严重，早知道补完前两部估计还会很感动的

继续无关捉鬼敢死队拼命蹭怪奇物语，看来是该捉鬼了。
官中字幕极其糟糕，但电影还行，虽然成了儿童片，但抄冷饭抄的比16年那部好，又有可爱的“小甜熊”演出，勉强三颗星吧。
