The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 观影过程还是很开心的，不过如果梗能再多一些（虽然版权费会很贵）再拍成R级就能打成四星了，毕竟真正承载“自由城”的GTA4本身就是个血肉横飞的作品啊。
并不是AI觉醒版《楚门的世界》，也不是商业大片《头号玩家》。

一切感觉都刚好，不深不浅，足够轻松。

还不错的爆米花吧……一年多没进电影院了我的耳朵有点适应不了电影院的音量，一场看完差点聋了；心脏还要跟着各种轰鸣爆炸声共振，这场电影看得我literally很心累……
不错不错，适合放松观看。肖恩导演和瑞安合作的电影还蛮合我的胃口。3D画面很赞。
轻松的科幻喜剧小品。无忧无虑看完全片，最后决战的彩蛋有惊喜。整体都太轻巧了，典型爆米花电影。
头号玩家同类型作品，虚拟人物拯救虚拟世界，BUG有点多，女主颜值不错。

一顿操作猛如虎，玩嗨了的感觉，就是搞笑，摆脱平庸、重复的人生，似乎不仅游戏如此，现实也如此。
一直希望朋友们明白，虽然我是游戏玩家，但我对游戏题材的电影一点都不感兴趣。从绘画电影再到游戏，艺术门类越新则表现渠道越多元，越旧的优势则是往往更古雅。用旧门类手法表示新门类主题，只会失去表现渠道的多样性，但绝对不会变得古雅起来，双输。但本片还是不错的，主题是讨论自由意志、和基于自由意志的生活意义，游戏只是借以表达的一个舞台。俗套不算多。对当下游戏环境和多数玩家心态的批判，我也持类似的态度
an excellent update of Truman's World. The only regret I have is about the ending, why on earth did Guy downgrade himself as a love letter to Millie? that's like opposite to what the AI is all about. He is not just something created by Keys, he's an independent mind with his own feelings and his own world of life! Uh, this really drives me nuts

美国纯爆米花不需要什么深度就是好玩的串烧大电影：《头号玩家》《上载新生》《西部世界》《楚门的世界》《危情谍战》，最后，保护NPC从我做起
电子游戏主题电影不该为讨好路人而丢失自己特色，更不能成为小圈子内的自嗨与玩梗。他应该具有向主流展示其魅力的特性，或者说是责任。
游戏迷看得可是H了。梗很多，看懂一个笑一个，盾牌出来美队出场可以说很爆笑了。结局还是落入了爱情，少见埋的这么深的爱情戏了。
Totally enjoyed it. Therefore 5 stars. 星战彩蛋极大地取悦了我。感觉比头号玩家好玩！但是电影开场五分钟我的感想竟然是：欢迎回到直男主导的审美世界，宝贝。（太久没看电影了）瓦踢踢演反派太好玩了。回头再扒拉一下cameos, 好像看到好多熟面孔。
