The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 这版也太像《蜘蛛巢城》了 但蜘蛛巢城真的不可逾越了 A24，黑白，4:3
新版麦克白变成了麦克黑。每一帧的构图、用光都无可挑剔，视觉效果实在牛逼，没得个技术奖项有点说不过去。奥斯卡影帝和影后妥妥沦为道具人，成了剧本和摄影的陪衬。
只能说很有个性吧
形式的盛宴，科恩运用表现主义的方式，讲述麦克白这段耳熟能详的故事。这种极度外化的影像，在展现人物内在状态的同时，也非常符合舞台式的叙事呈现。其实对于西方导演来翻拍这种经典戏剧，在剧作上无法创新，值得从形式切入。导演选用的美学形式，将文本之下所讲述关于人类欲望的主题最大程度的呈现。但介于观众早已得知的内容对戏剧性的削弱，惊悚就只得过程而非结果。纵使演员与导演，以及影片的美学完美结合，融为一体，足够精美，但确实也缺乏趣味，不够好看。

属于颁奖季特供了，有点<第七封印>的影子，不过也就看表演、视听和导演风格，故事真的没什么意思了。

8分吧...画面极致...古英语跟不上是一个问题...没看过原著对理解有一些影响...太讲究构图和台词，少了电影更擅长的特写...另，感觉丹泽尔情绪表达基本靠吼...
7.0/10.0。A24这次和科恩合作，1:1屏幕下另辟蹊径选择了黑白影像，以异常简洁的舞台镜头语言完成了兼具英雄史观、唯物史观和大卫林奇式梦境的创新改编。希望A24的另一部作品《杨之后》早日与公众见面。
可怕的并不是女巫的预言，而是深不可测的人心。整部电影舞台感很强，让我一个想打完工随便看看的人有点意外...
