皮埃尔·热内的怪趣味还是老样子，拍得有趣，有风格。但机器人和人类对立的故事，以及利用机器人来反讽人类的主题都不太新鲜了。虽然利用室内剧的强冲突设定加之导演的风格，可看性不低，但老实讲：故事整体走向在反派机器人入室后就彻底走向了一切商业片都有的套路上。基本影片后半段就是类型片二幕末和第三幕的拍法，导演可发挥的空间其实不多。
