The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 條理分明、不疾不徐的節奏，難得的一部不以聳動快閃的言詞及畫面來爭取認同的庭審辯證電影。

怎么说呢？终于官宣在一起了，亲个嘴都要等那么久，更何况还没亲到，气人！
不得不说比索金上一部导演的片子稳了太多，该痛就痛该爽就爽。一切历史都是当代史，是“OUR blood”掀起了暴乱。波拉特演了个这么严肃（？）的角色差点没认出来
不过群众对抗体制的“二元论”类型片真的是完美戳我个人的G点
是个精彩的好故事，仅此而已。压迫式的直白观点输出真的爱不起来。
这个片子几乎可以看作是近半个多世纪以来各种形式瑞沃鲁申的缩影（不知道对后来的东欧巨变是不是产生了某些影响），一个看起来无比正义的左倾动机随着对峙时间的延长渐渐变得失控，在这种情况下，你根本无法分辨到底双方谁是更「正义」的，经过了漫长且无意义的争论后，也就演变成了这种葫芦僧乱判葫芦案的情况。全片最让我印象深刻的一句话是「他们七个那天该不会其实是带领着一万名便衣警察在抗议吧？」多荒诞，多讽刺，然而大部分情况下事实就是这样的。

法官大概是被告派的卧底，帮助被告塑造受害者形象
不给此片打5星好像不够pc，但标准得如同教科书的好莱坞优等生拿奖片……是试图唤醒21世纪观众对60年代的回忆吗，还是对逝去时代的无声悼念。确实导演给了左翼分子们绝对优势的展示，但说不出为什么，还是觉得并没有预示着更好的明天。可能因为我就活在这个明天中吧
外国的月亮圆不圆也不好说，但是起码能把月亮给你看呀。

换到现在的话说，如果批评和反对不自由，那么赞美和拥护无意义。
卡司，剪辑，内容俱佳。最喜欢律师，异皮，胖哥和小雀斑互相嘴炮那几段。还有基顿叔依然气场足。原来美国也有政治审判哦，这部芝加哥《七佰》拍的不错。
把波澜壮阔的社会大事件装进审判厅狭窄的空间里展开故事，很考验编剧和摄像的调度能力，当然对观影者的法律、民权运动等知识的谂熟程度也是一个大考验。
