The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 我个人还是喜欢这个版本的，至于漏洞这些么我觉得是大多数导演的通病，比如逃走不带武器，抢过枪来又无故丢弃，坏人总是开挂-怎么着都弄不死，警察总是粪草，啥也不是……但化妆这些我觉得胜原版一筹，细节把控到位，鼻子骨折明显可见。

这个阵容让电影行进到了一个奇怪的走向，片方尽力的想让黄政民不再杀神附体以走极尽的写实风，但总体却是平淡无奇。反派演技出色，脸普通，导演或许想传达一种罪犯极有可能就是身边不起眼的人的视角，以至于放着丁青的对头都不让他来演反派。
