一部改编自真实事件，又是涉及重大战役的谍战故事，英国一众大牌出演，竟然拍出了三流肥皂剧的感觉。原以为是个不出名的年轻导演所为，查看后才知导演是得过奥斯卡奖的约翰·马登，真令人惊讶。这样的故事，即使平铺直叙，也会很好看。导演还往面里加戏，还是狗血的三角恋爱戏，直接将电影品味拉到了尘埃之下。想想英国曾拍出如此多的间谍影片，现在真是有些江河日下了。
