Max is a real jerk. A long time ago, the successful lawyer had turned over all the routine duties of family life to his wife Nathalie.His comfort and leisure time were a far greater priority. 完全是寅次郎的行事风格啊，观影过程中笑了多少次不记得了，但数了下，我哭了五次，或许每一个影迷都有在电影院死去的梦想，看电影看到死
谈起电影的时候，每个人的眼睛都清朗，明亮，有光。山田洋次执着影迷的手，一起写下这封给电影之神的情书。 “中秋节快乐，愿电影伴您入梦。”

看的时候觉得很感动，特别是家人之间的这种牵绊。但是看完之后会觉得电影传达出来的“这一生男主幸福了，女主也就幸福了”的陈旧观念经不起细想，明明这个年轻时充满活力又坚定选择、年老时几乎说是撑起了整个家庭的女主才是更值得被书写的那个人物啊。
电影走进显示的那一幕太美了，在电影中死去。心存热爱，
从默片时代的基顿到无敌《开罗紫玫瑰》，再到“电影之神”的剧本，当银幕与现实生活形成互文，看电影看到死，打破边界是多少影迷的终极梦想。根本没有电影之神，有的只是每一个迷影的人。
我能活这么久多亏有你，这是献给你的勋章，为了你选择的爱情，为了我选择的你。
尽管这片子本身比较一般，还是希望老爷子长命百岁继续拍下去。
#11th BJIFF# 第二十场。特意选这部来收官，影片里真是处处洋溢着对电影的爱啊。山田洋次用一部《电影之神》来怀念松竹时代，致敬清水宏和小津，最后还不忘关心现今困难的电影业，感动哭整个影厅的观众。
老男孩的电影人生。在电影中收获了梦想与爱人（男主是娶错了老婆，而他太太也嫁错了男人），结尾虽有卖弄情怀之嫌，但也的确有是那么点感动的。北川景子演出了昭和时代日本女性的感觉。
3.5……淑子对男主的爱是不是太昭和了，虽然最后女儿读信的时候感动🥲了……但是最后怎么还是自己有点喜欢的大明星拉走了……
人活了很久，自然会经历种种，最初的梦想，还能送自己最后一程，那份对电影的执着的心，是老人所有悔恨以外最后的慰藉了吧。
到底姜是老的辣，一场一场前有铺垫后有收尾的小叙事特别圆熟，画外的声音啊配角的表情小动作啊之类的细节相当多，是山田洋次所以并不意外，只是连着看了这么多天风格不同的电影，对这个烟火气感到很亲切。对这个故事最大的意见是老少中间的断裂感，怎么一个意气风发才华横溢的新导演，摔了个跟头就一蹶不振了，这么多年都干了些啥，从此没再碰电影？好好的苏打怎么就成了这样个臭老头？
“食之无味弃之可惜”就是这类片子，拍摄者很深情投入但是作为观者内心毫无波澜。

虽说回忆年轻丰盛晚年梦想成真的戏码还是很好看，但可不可以将对电影的爱（虽然其实到后面也没多少）分一点给老婆
老爷子这是力不从心了嘛，这么薄弱的一个本子，故事也就是给三星，看在老爷子的面上＋一星。。。
初看有點像是《一秒鐘》，說是“給電影的情書”，但好像實際上核心的還是在講個人苦痛，而張藝謀搭上了一貫的時代主題，山田洋次也只是在拍屬於自己的家庭劇……而內裡埋藏的那些梗比重又大大少過了劇情主線，和原節子談戀愛是蠻好的啦，但無論如何主角的這個頹廢理由還是有點沒有說服力……所以真的是現代戲襯托出了回憶的美好，一班演員都還挺OK，而如果要強行把不完備的地方扯成細節和首尾呼應也不是不行，不過也就平平。3.5歸3。
灯火阑珊，悲欢入梦。时光过处，片甲无存…山田先生，90多岁了，老房着火，煽情请谨慎啊！
