The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 好看，音乐和故事层层递进。从纽芬兰的角度讲述了911事件的过程。整部秀当中不乏突兀政治正确之处，但还是从整个应急事件中看到对人的尊重。
真是以小见大的好作品！用纽芬兰小岛上的温情和爱来对抗人类历史上最具毁灭性的恶性事件，非常令人感动！对迫降事件后，社区各个层面的反应刻画得也非常还原。考拉唱得真好！

翻开圣经就打破了巴别塔，募捐时推掉却打开钱包偷偷写支票，总有足够的细节让我从头到尾掉眼泪，这样的作品就是我总是想念这个世界的理由。
音乐剧真是太高尚了 节奏 情景 台词 这就是吸引人的地方
前边半个小时是零碎着看完的，所以感受不是很强，后面的部分，感觉慢慢好了。我觉得音乐蛮棒的，灯光运用也恰当好处，在有限场地上，人物的安排、运动都挺好。让我感触的不是所宣扬的人性善，而是人生的世事无常。相遇、离开，得到、失去，一切都变了，一切好像又没有变化。“Something's over, somthing's done, something's missing, something's changed, something's rearranged, something’s strained, something's lost, something's not”，所以我特别喜欢最后一切结束后那一段众人的表演。

Something's found, but more thing's missing, lost and gone. 为人类面对灾难时的齐心协力同舟共济而无比感动，但那弘扬的希望在灾难的创伤面前是如此渺小，为由此而永远逝去的生命、撕裂的信任和激化的矛盾而无比悲伤。"How do I tell him I wasn't just okay, I was way better."

四星给演员，这么简单的场地全靠演技撑起来了
个人认为是最适合pandemic时期的一部剧，去年的时候也一直听着something's missing，毕竟疫情给我们带来的变化太多了，原本去年能在国内巡演，现在也遥遥无期。再加上官摄是在宽街重开的时候录的，台下的观众和台上的精彩演出，才更好地共同造就一部好的音乐剧，看得我真的是止不住的泪与笑。(所以真的没必要老想着拍电影版，搞个官摄出来该去剧院还是会去看的🙄)

非常动感的歌舞片，各种障碍与解决障碍。在舞台上演绎，真的很精彩。
悲与喜带来的历史与2022之间的一致性，使得苦难没有意义，虚无又穿透了我。
