The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 好听好看又有新意。已经难以归纳类型了，但就是这种打破类型和结构限制的叙事方式，另观众的代入感更强，能够完全被情绪所沐浴。在两个小时的市场内仿佛走完了男主角的一生。加菲完全值得一个影帝提名。
更明白滴答滴答嘣，明白心底倒数的走针声。
其实他自己选择的答案，已经显露在头一句歌词里了。“牢笼还是翅膀，你喜欢哪个？去问飞鸟吧。”
算是传记片，展示Jon的努力与挣扎，对于年龄和目前困境的焦虑，对未来的迷茫，对朋友、爱人离世离去的不舍，虽然塞进去“美国梦”跟同性恋的内容，但是不影响片子本身的质量，自我探索跟坚持是永恒的主题，不单单是“美国梦”才有的
单拎出来还行，但是绝不能和爱乐之城比啊，这部只有typical可以概括，朋友人设、三段式剧本、舞台剧式编排等等都很typical，除了剪辑稍有想法以外，其他全都规规矩矩，这和爱乐之城甚至纯传记片登月第一人相比都套路化到家了
7.9 剧本结构的起承转合做的好，罗莎这个角色做的漂亮，迈克也是他的灵感缪斯，斯蒂芬稍弱。最美场景泳池里的音符。当然此片还是不如爱乐之城，主角的还原度没有那么高。
有趣，可爱，伤痛但幸福。竟然有几个镜头可以和lll联动，梦回加菲石头cp（dbq，我走偏了
观众可以想象他之前的八年时光，一定度过了无数的无眠夜晚。可这部剧从未完整的登上过舞台，几年没日没夜的努力瞬间归零。
诺大可发挥空间最后却靠LGBT故事来燃情。
而加菲所有关于内心戏的舞台独白段落，像是在突破第四面墙与观众对话，却让整个片更像舞台剧，也让它比看上去更适合剧院而不是做成电影。
根本看不下去，太流水账了，剧情非常俗套，歌舞完全嗨不起来。
表演夸张，容易出戏，无时无刻不在提醒你这是部音乐剧，然而我甚至已经不能被这样的「城市逐梦记」打动了……even though it was adapted from a true story...
不会有人在意才华窒息与梦想坠地的声音，
如果和加菲前女友的《爱乐之城》对比，我可能会更喜欢这一部一点点，当然总的是差不多的。
歌舞片，没什么亮点，创作者就是不停的写写到能被看中为止，然后继续写
对音乐剧也谈不上兴趣
这几年我唯一能欣赏的歌舞剧只有lalaland。
需要重新看一遍《lala land》洗一洗眼睛和耳朵。。。。

音乐剧改成电影，又在电影里演音乐剧，然后穿插着一些生活片段，实在是没什么感觉。
