剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     诚然影片中段我也想把导演吊起来陀螺般抽打，但此片的前40分钟和结尾，通篇神话寓言的呈现，非常接近我心目中理想的电影……意象、背景、配乐、光影、调度、表演、布景。未经准备的少年在懵懂中踏上试炼之旅。高文的黄粱一梦，剪接中光阴如白驹过隙。

    太美，拖沓得都这么美。最后竟然是《基督最后的诱惑》那样的寓言。die a knight or live a coward. 中世纪电影就应该拍成这样吧。

    D+ / 是我不太喜欢的一类电影，看起来是美的，视听是好的，但这种美又是数字技术所堆积出来的失去灵魂的东西，精致清晰却空洞。A24作为厂牌而成为影像风格标识的结果可能未必会比所谓“漫威”要好多少，作者意识的收敛又是否是受制于此呢。

    The first part in B/W could be seen as a journey to bid his brother a moving adieu by transporting the ashes of Pirandello, whose works have been adapted by the brothers, to his Sicilian homeland. Whereas the second part in color is quite confusing for us who have never read the story before. The shift from grey to color is poetic though
